Dear Willow Run Pool Members,

The Willow Run Board of Directors and pool staff thank you for your support during the 2025 season. We had a robust membership and a summer full of relaxing and enjoyable moments. It was wonderful to see a full pool deck and people in the water!

2026 Pool Memberships:

Over the past several summers, we have seen record membership numbers. While we have not typically
limited memberships, we are quickly approaching the need to do so. For 2026, we are limiting memberships to returning members only until April 1. After April 1, we will open memberships to the general public. For membership questions, please contact willowrunpool1@gmail.com. There are several options for membership.

Fill out the 2026 Willow Run Membership Application (also attached below) and:
1. Return with payment to Willow Run Recreation Association, PO Box 93, Lewisville, NC 27023.
Include signed waiver for membership and a photo of all members on the membership.

2. Request electronic invoice (3.5% service charge to be added to total.) Email photo of all members
on the membership and complete waiver.
3. Request electronic invoice for installment plan (3.5% service charge added to total.) Email photo of
all members on the membership and complete waiver .
*Please do not include funds for concessions accounts or for the swim team. *

 Membership dues 2026:

*Family (up to 5 family members in the same household and living at the same address): $600
*Family (6 or more family members = $600 + additional $50 for each member over 5)
NOTE: ALL family members must reside in the same household and live at the same address.

Documentation will be required.
*Couples Membership (2 individuals in the same household) – $450
*Individual Membership (1 individual, ages 18+) – $300.

Pool Workday – Saturday, March 28 from 8am – 2pm (Rain Date – Saturday, April 11) This is your chance to
help get the pool ready for the season! Volunteers will have a choice to earn a $10 concession credit (max $20 credit per family) OR 4 guest passes (a $40 value) by spending a minimum of four hours helping to spruce up our pool grounds & landscaping. Make sure you check in at the breezeway upon arrival. For safety reasons, no children under the age of 12 please. Middle & High Schoolers: your volunteer hours qualify for Crosby Scholars, Scouting, etc – be sure to bring the appropriate form for your program. Join us in preparing the pool for our summer season! Bring your hats, gloves, rakes, shovels, hedge clippers, etc. and help make the pool grounds beautiful!

Mark your calendar: Opening Day is Saturday, May 23! The pool will be open from 10am – 8pm. As in
years past, this will be a FREE GUEST DAY — bring your friends who may be interested in joining Willow Run. The world-famous Willow Run Grill will be open on Opening Day, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day from 11am – 2pm each day. The $35 “Family Meal Deal” is still available at the grill for a family of five (+ $5 for each additional immediate family member on the day of the event).

Want to learn how to swim? Individual or small group lessons for children and adults are available through our swim coaches. Stop by the concession stand during pool hours to speak with one of our staff for more information.

Are your kids interested in being a member of the Willow Run Dolphin Swim Team? The Greater Forsyth
Swim League and Willow Run Dolphins will once again use Swimtopia for the upcoming season. Practice
starts in early May! Registration is underway at Willow Run Dolphins Swim Team If you have swim team
specific questions, please send an email to willowrundolphins@gmail.com. Rich Woodside and Cara Wolf
will serve as our GFSL reps this year!

Everyone loves a pool party! The pool is available for members during and after pool hours to rent for
birthday parties, youth groups, sports teams, meetings, or get-togethers with friends and/or family. ALL parties must be reserved so we can provide adequate lifeguard coverage and deck space. Please note that dates, times, and number of guests are subject to pool guidelines and pool availability. To reserve your date, contact Vickie Jellar at 336-414-1735.

Spread the word about Willow Run Pool! Most of our new members come from referrals, so invite your
friends, neighbors, and family. Prospective members can request a free one-day family pass by calling the pool at (336)945-9697. If you need any pool brochures to give out, send us an email or pick some up at the pool office. This is a family pool built by families – let’s take advantage of this tremendous resource.
