This is your chance to help get the pool ready for the season! Volunteers can earn a $10 concession credit (max $20 credit per family) by spending a minimum of four hours helping to spruce up our pool grounds and landscaping. Make sure you check in at the breezeway upon arrival. For safety reasons, no children under the age of 12 please. Middle and High School students: your volunteer hours qualify for Crosby Scholars, Scouting, etc – be sure to bring the appropriate form for your program. Join us and bring your hats, gloves, rakes, shovels, hedge clippers, etc.

The pool will be open from 10am – 8pm. To promote new memberships, this will be a FREE GUEST DAY — bring your friends who may be interested in joining.

The world-famous Willow Run Grill will be open on Opening Day, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day from 11am – 2pm each day. The $30 “Family Meal Deal” is available at the grill for a family of five (+$5 for each additional family member on the day of the event).

Once again, we have the ability to create pre-paid concession accounts for our members throughout the season. Stop by the concession stand during pool hours to open or update your account. Any unused prepaid concessions from last season are still available for the 2024 season. We will also be adding the convenience of credit card and contactless payments this year!

Individual or small group lessons for children and adults are available through our Red Cross and YMCA certified lifeguards and swim coaches. Stop by the concession stand during pool hours to speak with one of our staff for more information.

Yes! Everyone loves a pool party! The pool is available for members during and after pool hours to rent for birthday parties, youth groups, sports teams, meetings, or get-togethers with friends and/or family. ALL parties must be reserved so we can provide adequate lifeguard coverage and deck space. To reserve your date, contact Vickie Jellar at chattycash@hotmail.com or call 336-414-1735.

We’re again hosting family pool socials that will feature movie / trivia nights and the Summer Olympics! Anyone interested in helping to plan/assist with pool socials (or if you have any other suggestions for fun) send us an email at infowillowrunpool@gmail.com.

Most of our new members come from referrals, so invite your friends, neighbors, and family. Prospective members can request a free one-day family pass on the website to check us out.
